I can't speak to quality or comfort b/c I returned it. I was hoping to use it to work, to carry my laptop on the subway w/o ruining my shoulders but it turned out too be a bit small and not professional looking enough. I know Sumdex makes a lot of bags for the working professional but this series is a bit too casual.
