I needed a headset with a mic for my laptop, and a friend said order the pack and headset so I did. The pack is a wonderful holder for the laptop and the pack is good quality. There is much more room then the simple briefcase type holder and space for everything includeing my little printer and speakers with room to spare. The head phones are amazingly nice the cord on them is very long. I am careful with them and sure they will last longer then the last pair I had. They are the most comfortable to wear with the behind the head over the ear. I had the logictec headphones that went behind the head and over the ears, they simply were to small, these are manly sized!!..

Unfortunately the item advertised was not the one I received. It was a Kensington bag, but not the one in the picture nor the one on the tag that came attached to the item. Will be returning and filing a complaint with Amazon.com.

I have a 17" mac book and I always worry about its safety but with this bag i feel confident that it is safe. The patting feels comfortable and cushiony. The pockets are well placed and both compartments have held a great deal of items with no noticeable wear. The only issue is the bottle holder which has a tendency to drop them. But compared to the safety of lap top that is a minor issue.

Overall, I am happy with this pack. The only problem I have is that the shoulder straps are designed to lay flat on the chest, but without a clip for across the chest they don't lay properly. Because of this, with a heavy full load the straps start to hurt the arm-pit and shoulders a bit after wearing the pack for a long period. I am happy with my purchase, but am trying to figure out a way to attach the straps across my chest.

When I went looking for a bag I definitely wanted something small. I had bought a small laptop so why would I want to take it in some HUGE bag. The size of this bag is about as SMALL as you're going to get. It works perfect for my 14 inch notebook and can also hold a notebook or two. If you're looking to carry much more than that this may be a little small.



Positives: the SIZE, lots of pockets, water bottle holder, very versatile and also great when you don't have your laptop in it.



Negatives: cheap straps they wear out fast and have to be readjusted especially with a lot of weight.



Bottom Line: Great backpack small but versatile.
