It's a very comfortable backpack, and looks cool, but the zipper was missing a tooth(and is really difficult to open and close) and one inside pocket was ripped when I got it. For the price, I expect the item to be in perfect shape! Unless I get a replacement, which I'm not assured of getting (it seems they reserve the right to determine if a replacement is warranted), I will severely regret this purchase.
